Government telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is launching great offers and services one after the other. Now BSNL has started another great service. In the new service, users can order and get home delivery of BSNL SIM sitting at home. For this, the company has launched a new website. Facility to do KYC from website

According to the information given, the government telecom company is now giving customers the facility to do self KYC (know your customer) directly from its website. Users can order SIM card by completing the KYC process through this link “https://sancharaadhaar.bsnl.co.in/BSNLSKYC/”. Customers can do this for both prepaid and postpaid connections. Users just need to enter their PIN code, their name and an alternate mobile number. They then need to choose whether they are ordering a new SIM for themselves, their family/relative or for someone they know.

Helpline number released

After this, users will be asked to send an OTP to the alternate mobile number. For any doubts or queries, BSNL has said that users can call the helpline number 1800-180-1503 if they have any issues. This is a new move from BSNL. The government telecom company is also rolling out 4G and 5G in all parts of India. BSNL expects to reach 1 lakh 4G sites across India by the end of June 2025. The company said that it will also launch 5G for mobile services very soon and at the same time, it has also launched Q-5G FWA services in select cities. This service will soon be launched in other parts of the country and currently it is available at a starting price of Rs 999 per month at 100 Mbps speed.

Cheaper recharge than private companies
