Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2026 Brezza Facelift in India with prices starting at ₹7.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated compact SUV introduces cosmetic updates, new technology features and an additional turbo-petrol engine option as the automaker looks to strengthen the Brezza’s presence in one of the country’s most competitive vehicle segments.
Bookings for the facelifted SUV have commenced, with the model continuing to compete against rivals such as the Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Hyundai Venue and Kia Sonet.

Exterior receives subtle design updates
The latest Brezza retains its familiar overall silhouette while incorporating several styling revisions.
At the front, the SUV features a redesigned grille, updated headlamp detailing and a revised bumper with triangular fog lamp housings. Grey accents on the bumper add a sportier appearance, while newly designed 16-inch alloy wheels refresh the side profile.
The rear design remains largely unchanged, retaining the slim LED tail lamps and signature Brezza badging.
Maruti Suzuki is offering the SUV in several single-tone colours, including Vivacious Orange, Lustrous Beige, Pearl Arctic White, Bluish Black, Splendid Silver, Magma Grey and Sizzling Red. Buyers can also choose from three dual-tone combinations featuring a contrasting black roof.
Cabin gets upgraded technology
Inside, the dashboard layout remains familiar but receives several premium enhancements.
A larger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system now takes centre stage, accompanied by a digital instrument cluster and a head-up display (HUD). The cabin also adopts a dual-tone black and brown theme, while physical controls for climate functions continue to be available on the centre console.

Expanded feature list
The updated Brezza adds several convenience and comfort features across its variant lineup.
New additions include:
- Wireless smartphone charger
- Ventilated front seats
- Power-adjustable front seats
- 64-colour ambient lighting
- Automatic climate control
- Air purifier
- Auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror (IRVM)
- Adjustable steering wheel
- Rear cross-traffic alert
The SUV will continue to be offered in LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+ variants, with equipment varying across trims.
Safety package strengthened
Maruti Suzuki has also expanded the Brezza’s safety equipment.
The facelifted model is equipped with:
- Six airbags
- 360-degree camera
- Blind-spot monitoring
- Hill descent control
- Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
- ISOFIX child-seat anchor points
According to the company, the updated SUV has also received a five-star Bharat NCAP (BNCAP) safety rating.

New turbo-petrol engine joins lineup
The Brezza continues to be powered by its familiar 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which also remains available with a factory-fitted CNG option.
The CNG version now features an underbody-mounted cylinder, helping free up luggage space compared with the earlier layout.
A major addition is the introduction of a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, paired with a six-speed manual transmission, a combination not previously available on the Brezza.
The existing automatic transmission option also continues.
The 1.5-litre petrol engine develops 102 hp and 139 Nm of torque, while the new 1.0-litre turbo-petrol produces 110 hp and 170 Nm of torque.

With the latest update, Maruti Suzuki is aiming to keep the Brezza competitive in India’s fast-growing compact SUV market.
