Amazon just dropped a massive exchange deal on the iPhone 17 Pro. And then the effective price of the 256GB model plummeted to just ₹85,500.

The thing is, the “sticker price” is still a heavy ₹1,34,900. That is a lot of money for a phone. But here’s the kicker: if you’ve got a high-end device to trade in, Amazon is offering up to ₹49,500 in credit. The final cost depends entirely on your old phone’s condition and your pincode, or nothing.

The Hardware: Is it Worth the Upgrade?

Apple really pushed the display tech this year. It’s a 6.3-inch Super Retina XD

The Brightness: It hits 3,000 nits peak brightness. You could basically use it as a flashlight in a pinch. Let’s be real, you’ll actually be able to read your texts in direct sunlight now.

  • The Brains: It runs on the A19 Pro Bionic chip. It’s built on that tiny 3nm process. It’s fast. And then the 8GB of RAM keeps everything moving without a stutter.

  • The Glass: It’s got that 120Hz refresh rate and a special coating to stop fingerprint smudges from ruining the look.

The Camera Overhaul

This is where things get interesting. Apple finally went “all in” on 48 megapixels.

The back has three sensors. A 48MP main, a 48MP ultrawide, and a 48MP telephoto. That telephoto lens now gives you 8x optical zoom. Your concert videos are going to look professional. Or at least much better than the blurry mess from your old iPhone 13. The front camera also got a bump to 18MP, which is great for the three people who actually care about high-res selfies.

It’s an ongoing deal, so the trade-in values could shift by tomorrow. If you’re sitting on an iPhone 15 Pro or a Galaxy S24, now might be the time to pull the trigger.
