The Venue Problem

Birch by Romeo Lane is a popular party spot. It sits along the backwaters of the Arpora river. The club had a narrow entry and exit. This turned into a major issue. Fire tenders could not access the spot directly. They had to park about 400 metres away. This delayed rescue efforts, or nothing.
