In such a situation, if you or someone you know is not able to set up street vendors due to lack of capital, then there is good news for you. Now you can take loan up to Rs 10,000 without guarantee under ‘PM Svanidhi Yojana’. For this, you can go to your nearest bank and start business by taking a loan of 10 thousand rupees under this scheme. Let us know about this scheme in detail.

      Highlights of the scheme

Under this, it is necessary to link the mobile number of the borrower with Aadhaar.
Keep in mind, this loan will be available to those who were engaged in such work on or before 24 March 2020.
The plan period of this loan is only till March 2022, so complete its process soon.
Street vendors, whether urban or semi-urban, rural, can get this loan.
Subsidy is available on the interest of this loan and the amount is transferred to the account on a quarterly basis.

      will get guarantee free loan

Under this scheme, street vendors can get a collateral free loan of up to Rs 10,000 for one year. That is, in this scheme you will not have to give any kind of guarantee to take a loan. In this, you can pay the loan in monthly installments.

Know how much subsidy is available?

It is worth noting that if the vendor makes regular repayment of the loan received under the PM Svanidhi scheme, then a provision of interest subsidy of 7 percent per annum has been made to him. The interest subsidy amount will be sent directly to the beneficiary’s bank account on a quarterly basis. If you pay the loan on time, your subsidy will be credited to your account.
