      Post Office RD Account: The government has increased the interest rates on Post Office RD from July 1. Know how much profit you will get on RD of Rs 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 with new interest rates.

      Post office schemes are considered very good in terms of investment. Here you will find all the investment options from children to the elderly. Partner will get guaranteed return and government guarantee. Means guaranteed money growth and no risk of drowning. From July 1, the government has also increased the interest on Post Office RD. Now interest will be available on this scheme at the rate of 6.5, which till now was being received at the rate of 6.2. RD scheme is started in the post office for 5 years. You can start investing in it from 100 rupees. Let us tell you that with the new interest rate, how much profit will be available in the post office on RD of Rs 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000?

      RD of Rs 2000

      If you start an RD of Rs 2000 every month, then in a year you will invest a total of Rs 24000. The total investment in 5 years will be Rs 1,20,000. If interest is calculated on this according to 6.5, then in 5 years you will get Rs 21,983 as interest. In this way, you will get Rs 1,41,983 on maturity.

      RD of Rs 3000

      On the other hand, if you deposit Rs 3000 in post office RD every month, then you will invest Rs 36000 in a year and Rs 1,80,000 will be invested in 5 years. 32,972 in 5 years as interest, Rs. In this way, a total of Rs 2,12,972 will be received on maturity.

      RD of Rs 4000

      By depositing Rs 4000 every month in Post Office RD, you will invest Rs 48000 in a year. In this way a total investment of Rs 2,40,000 will be made in 5 years. 43,968 will get interest on this. Including the invested amount and interest, you will get Rs 2,83,968 on maturity.

      RD of Rs 5000

      If you are starting post office RD monthly with Rs 5000, then you will invest Rs 60000 annually. In 5 years you will invest a total of Rs.3,00,000. After 5 years you will get Rs 54, 954 as interest. In this way, after 5 years, adding the total deposit and interest, Rs 3,54,954 will be returned.
