SIM Card New Rules
New rules regarding SIM cards will be implemented by the Central Government from December 1, 2023. This new rule is related to buying and selling of SIM cards. According to the Department of Telecommunications, now SIM cards cannot be purchased without the KYC process. Apart from this, the rule of selling limited SIM cards on one ID will also be implemented. The culprit violating this is punishable with a fine of up to Rs 10 lakh and jail. Under these new rules, the SIM card seller will have to register and go through the KYC process under the system.
HDFC Bank Regalia Credit Card
Under the new rules, HDFC Bank will change the rules of its Regalia Credit Card. The rules are being changed for users to get lounge access from December 1. Lounge access will cost users Rs 1 lakh or more per quarter of the year. In the quarters of January to March, April to June, July to September, October to December, users will be required to spend up to Rs 1 lakh, only after which they will be able to get lounge access. Users will be able to avail lounge access only twice in a quarter. There is also a transaction fee of Rs 2 for this. Whereas, a fee of Rs 25 will be charged from MasterCard users, which will be refunded later.
LPG Cylinder Price
Changes in the prices of LPG LPG cylinders may be seen from December 1, 2023. In November, the price of commercial LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 100. It is expected that its price may also increase due to the wedding season. There seems to be no possibility of change in domestic cylinder prices.
Loan New Rules
Loan related rules will be implemented by RBI from December 1, 2023. Under this, it will be necessary to return the property documents submitted by the bank for giving loan within 1 month of repaying the loan. If a bank does not do this, it may have to pay a fine of up to Rs 5,000.
