In fact, the central government has increased the incentive amount up to 5 times for the employees who have achieved higher degrees.
Under this, the incentive amount for employees with higher degrees like PhD has increased from Rs 10,000 to Rs 30,000.
5 times increase in incentive allowance (Incentive for fresh higher education)
The Ministry of Personnel has increased the incentive amount for the employees who have achieved higher degrees. For this, the government amended the 20-year-old rules.
Under the old rules, till now, employees who achieved higher degrees during the job were given a lump sum incentive of Rs 2000 to Rs 10,000.
But with this change, the incentive amount has been increased from minimum Rs 2000 to Rs 10,000. That is, now employees will get more incentive allowance for achieving higher degree.
They will get the most benefit
According to the circular issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Rs 10,000 will be given as incentive for doing a degree diploma of 3 years or less, Rs 15000 will be given for doing a degree or diploma of more than 3 years.
1 year or 20,000 will be given for doing postgraduate degree/diploma of less than Rs. At the same time, Rs 25,000 will be given to the employees taking postgraduate degree/diploma of more than 1 year duration.
At the same time, an incentive of Rs 30,000 will be given to those who have completed PhD or equivalent qualification.
These things have to be kept in mind
According to the instructions of the Ministry of Personnel, this benefit will be available to only those employees who have obtained the degree related to the post of the employee. Or else his degree should be related to the work to be done in his next post.
The Personnel Ministry has made it clear that no incentive will be given for attaining higher qualifications in academic education or literary subjects. As stated by the verb Movie there should be a relationship between competence and action.
