Good news for employees! will get the benefit of new pay commission, file sent to the department, salary will increase up to Rs 2000

7th Pay Commission. There is good news for central government employees. Once again the dearness allowance of the employees is going to increase. By the end, this dearness allowance can reach 37% or 38%. Its benefit will be given to 1 crore employees-pensioners and salary will increase up to 27000.

Actually, the central government increases the dearness allowance of central employees twice a year. In this, the first increase is done from January to June and the second from July to December, which depends on the data of the AICPI index.

After this the number has reached 126, in such a situation it is believed that the DA will increase once again. However, the AICPI figures for April, May and June are yet to come, after which the central government will review it in July and take a final decision. 50 lakh central employees and 65 lakh pensioners will benefit from this.

At present, the employees are getting 34% dearness allowance and now if it increases by 3-4 percent, then it will cross 37% or 38% and there will be a jump of more than 25000 in the salary. With 34% DA, there was an increase of 20000 in the salary and if 37 percent, there will be an increase of about 27000.

According to media reports, if the basic salary of the employees is Rs 56,900, they will get Rs 21,622 as DA on 38% dearness allowance and the salary will increase by Rs 2,276 per month i.e., the annual salary will increase by Rs 27,312. Similarly, 18000 people will also get up to 10000. Will get benefit.

This is how dearness allowance is decided

Let us tell you that the allowances of employees are calculated in comparison to inflation from All India Consumer Price Index, the Ministry of Labor collects these figures and then issues numbers, on the basis of which DA is increased.

The recently released numbers have been released by the Ministry of Labor and Employment of AICPI on the basis of retail prices collected from 317 markets located in 88 industrially important centers of the country. A single digit increase in March is a very good sign for the employees, in such a situation, the Dearness Allowance (Next DA Hike) is likely to increase from 3% to 4% in July.
