Mumbai Local Train Update: Central Railway has decided to do mega block in Harbor line due to track maintenance and other works and has given this information through a press release. In which it is said that the Central Railway (CR) of the Indian Railways has decided to do a mega block on the harbor line on Sunday for engineering and maintenance work. During this, maintenance work will be done on Panvel-Vashi Up and Down line from 11.05 am to 4.05 pm in this line. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to the passengers

Western Railway has said that for the maintenance of rail track, signaling system and overhead equipment, Western Railway will be on the midnight of 9/10 April, 2022 on Up fast lines between Vasai Road and Bhayandar stations from 23.30 hrs to 03.00 hrs and DOWN. Jumbo block will be taken on fast lines from 01.15 hrs to 04.45 hrs.
Central Railway has issued a press release saying that the Up Harbor line and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai will leave from Panvel from 10.33 am to 3.49 pm during the block period. There will be no movement of trains on Down Harbor line leaving Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 9.45 am to 3.12 pm for Panvel, Belapur.
Similarly, trains will not run on Up Transharbour line leaving Panvel to Thane from 11.02 am to 3.53 pm. Similarly, there will be no movement of trains on the Dn Transharbour line leaving Thane to Panvel from 10.01 am to 3.20 pm.
However, the Railways has said that special local trains will be run on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai-Vashi section during the block. Special services will be run on Trans-Harbour Line between Thane-Vashi/Nerul stations. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has said that the Ministry has prepared several plans for the upgradation, beautification and modernization of many stations of Indian Railways.
