The Ministry of Finance is working on various criteria to remove this inefficiency of retired central government employees. The Department of Expenditure, which comes under the finance ministry, said in a draft in this regard on August 13 that there are no norms on the ‘salary’ to be given for appointing retired central government employees as contracts and consultants in ministries and departments. . In such a situation, these employees should be given fixed monthly



The Department of Expenditure has said that in the matter of appointment of retired central government employees, the rules have been prepared in the draft for payment of salaries and within 10 days the ministries and departments have been asked to share their views.
