As per the report, till now, only postpaid and Xstream Fiber plans offered Netflix at no extra cost.

The price of Airtel’s new plan that comes with Netflix subscription is Rs 1,499. The plan is now listed on the Airtel website and is available for recharge to all customers across the country. The benefit of this plan can be availed through Airtel website, Airtel Thanks app and other recharge platforms.

Airtel’s Rs 1,499 Netflix plan comes with a validity of 84 days. In this, users get unlimited voice calling, 100 SMS per day, 3GB data per day and unlimited 5G data. Additionally, the plan also includes Airtel Thanks benefits like Apollo 24|7 Circle, free HelloTunes and Wynk Music.
Keep in mind that once the data quota is exhausted, the plan changes to unlimited data at 64 Kbps speed. Also, after 100 free SMS, SMS charger is Rs 1 for local and Rs 1.5 for STD.
Why Airtel Netflix plan of Rs 1,499 is special
The price of Netflix (Basic) plan is Rs 199 per month. Airtel’s plan comes with a validity of 84 days i.e. about three months. The total cost of Netflix subscription for three months is around Rs 600. The price of the plan is Rs 1,499.
Without the Netflix plan, it costs around Rs 900. Additionally, Airtel offers a Rs 999 plan that offers 2.5GB daily data and unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day. No Netflix plan is available in this plan.
