Vande Bharat Amrit Bharat Express Flag Off: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to gift eight new trains to the country on 30 December. This includes two Amrit Bharat and six new Vande Bharat trains.

All these trains will be flagged off during the inauguration program of Ayodhya Railway Station. Some trains will be dispatched from Ayodhya. The remaining inaugurations will take place through video conferencing.

The two Amrit Bharat trains scheduled to be inaugurated today will operate between Darbhanga-Ayodhya Dham Jn.-Anand Vihar Terminal and Malda Town-Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminus (Bengaluru).

The new Vande Bharat will be flagged off today between Shri Mata Vaishno Devi-New Delhi, Amritsar-Delhi, Coimbatore-Bengaluru, Jalna-Mumbai, Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Terminal and Mangaluru-Madgaon.

Today the country is going to get the gift of Amrit Bharat train for the first time. In many ways this train is very special, because it has been built on the lines of Vande Bharat. This train will run at a speed of 130 kilometers per hour.

There will be a total of 22 coaches, out of which 12 coaches will be second class and 8 will be general class coaches. Along with this, there will also be two guard compartments in the train. This train has been made more modern and comfortable than normal trains.

This train has many facilities like foldable snack table, mobile charger, foldable bottle holder, foldable mirror, CCTV camera and modern toilets. Like Vande Bharat train, push-pull technology has been used in this train also.
