Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased the interest rates on Fixed Deposit. The bank has increased the interest rate on FDs of different tenures which are less than Rs 2 crore by 85 basis points. The bank is giving the benefit of 7.80% interest rate on FD to senior citizens. This benefit will be given on FD of 23 months.

You will get more than 7% benefit on FD

Kotak Mahindra has increased the interest rates on fixed deposits. This increase has been made especially for senior citizens who will make FD of less than Rs 2 crore. On this they will get the benefit of 7.80% interest rate. Apart from this, there has been an increase of 85 basis points on FDs of other tenures.

Interest rates on FD for regular customers

  • You will get the benefit of interest up to 7.25% on FD with a tenure of 23 months.
  • Interest up to 7.25% will be available on FD for a period of 23 months, 1 day to 2 years.
  • You will get the benefit of 7.10% interest on FD of 2 years to 3 years.
  • You will get the benefit of 7% interest on FD of 3 to 4 years.
  • You will also get the benefit of 7% interest on FD of 4 to 5 years.

Interest rates on FD for senior citizens

  • You will get the benefit of interest up to 7.80% on FD with a tenure of 23 months.
  • Interest up to 7.80% will be available on FD for the period of 23 months, 1 day to 2 years.
  • You will get the benefit of 7.65% interest on FD of 2 years to 3 years.
  • You will get the benefit of 7.60% interest on FD of 3 years to 4 years.
  • FD of less than 4 years to 5 years will also get the benefit of 7.60% interest.
