State Bank of India (SBI)
SBI charges differently for metro and non-metro cities. The bank charges Rs 2000, 4000, 8000 and 12000 for small, medium, large and extra large lockers respectively. However, GST has to be paid separately on this. Apart from this, for the facility of locker in semi-urban or rural areas, this amount becomes 1500, 3000, 6000 and 9000 rupees. Please tell that the bank charges one time registration fee.

ICICI Bank
If you have a bank account with ICICI Bank, then you can easily open a bank locker here, otherwise you will have to open a bank account here first. Charges 1200 and 5000 rupees for small size locker. Apart from this, he charges Rs 10,000 to Rs 22,000 for extra large size lockers. Apart from this, GST has to be paid separately on this.

Axis Bank
For opening a bank locker in Axis Bank, one has to pay from Rs 2700 to Rs 12960. For small size locker Rs 2700, for medium size locker Rs 6000, for large locker Rs 10800 and for extra charge size locker Rs 12960 has to be paid. GST has to be paid separately on this. On surrender, the annual locker rent will not be refunded and late fees ranging from 2.5% to 25% are charged for delay in rent. The bank has given 3 visits free of cost and after that charges Rs 100 for each visit.

Punjab National Bank (PNB)
If you open a bank locker in Punjab National Bank, then you have to pay rent ranging from Rs 1250 to Rs 10000 in rural areas. Apart from this, a charge of Rs 2000 to Rs 10000 has to be paid for metro cities. You get 12 free visits to the bank. After this, customers have to pay a separate charge.

HDFC Bank
HDFC Bank also levies different charges on the lockers of different sizes from the customers. In metro cities, the bank has fixed the price of small size locker at Rs 1350. It is Rs 1100 in small towns and Rs 550 in villages. The larger the size of the locker, the higher will be the cost. This price is from 850 rupees to 20000 rupees.
