Just before Diwali, DDA is going to launch the biggest housing scheme till date (DDA Housing Scheme 2023). If you work in Delhi and are planning to buy a flat in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida, then wait for a few days. You can buy DDA Flats in Delhi instead of Noida, Greater Noida or Ghaziabad. However, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK flats in this housing scheme of DDA are a little expensive compared to other places in NCR.

DDA is going to start applications for 32,500 flats before Diwali. This scheme of DDA includes EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG and Super HIG flats as well as penthouses. If property experts are to be believed, the luxury flats of DDA were awaited since 2018. This scheme can be launched any time now. 32,500 flats are to be sold under this scheme. Most of the flats of this scheme will be in Narela, Dwarka Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector- 14 and Loknayak Puram.

DDA has said that 24000 flats have been ready, while the construction work of 8500 flats is going on. All these flats will be completed within six months. If we talk about the price of these flats, then EWS flats will be available for Rs 11 to 14 lakh. LIG flats will start from Rs 14 to Rs 30 lakh, MIG flats will start from Rs 1 crore, HIG flats will start from Rs 2.50 crore and Super HIG flats will start from Rs 3 crore.

Let us tell you that this time there are flats of different budgets in the housing scheme of DDA. For the first time, DDA has included HIG, Super HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats along with premium class flats. DDA has released the number and rates of flats. In Dwarka Sector 19B, there are more than 700 flats in EWS category, more than 900 in MIG category, 170 in Super HIG category and 14 penthouse flats.

? Similarly, in Narela there are more than 5000 flats in EWS category, more than 1900 flats in MIG category and more than 1600 flats in HIG. There are more than 200 flats in EWS category and more than 600 flats in MIG category in Loknayak Puram. Similarly, in Dwarka Sector 14, there are more than 1000 flats in EWS category, more than 300 flats in LIG category and more than 300 flats in MIG category.
DDA is going to launch its biggest scheme till date before Diwali, but even after being sold, many DDA flats are still lying vacant. Many flats have been ready in Narela and Loknayak Puram for years, but there are no buyers. DDA is spending lakhs of rupees annually on the repair and maintenance of these flats. Since 2014, DDA has brought about 57,000 flats under the housing scheme. Out of these, people have surrendered about 15,500 flats.
