At the same time, it can be announced by the government till Diwali.
Salary will increase so much

On the other hand, with the increase in dearness allowance, the salary of the employees getting ₹ 18000 basic pay will increase by ₹ 8640 more annually. While the salary of employees getting basic salary of ₹ 56900 will see an increase of up to ₹ 27312 annually.
HRA will also increase
Along with this, the government can give another big gift to the employees. Along with the increase in dearness allowance, the HRA of the employees is also going to increase. At present, the government is giving the benefit of dearness allowance at the rate of 42 percent to the employees. According to sources, the government may soon increase the house rent allowance. At present it is being planned.
Tell that by the end of the financial year 2220, the dearness allowance will be increased to 50 percent. On the other hand, once the dearness allowance reaches the level of 50 per cent, an increase will be seen in the house rent allowance of the employees. Along with this, the government will revise its new rates. Along with this, an increase in the salary of the employees can be seen once again.
HRA can be increased at the rate of three percent
Let us inform that earlier in July 2021, the House Rent Allowance was revised. The house rent allowance was revised by the government after the rate of dearness allowance was 25 percent. The rates of fitment factor can also be revised
According to the report, before the upcoming elections, a big gift can be given to the employees by the Modi government at the center. Their fitment factor rates may also be revised. For this, an important demand is also being made by the employees union. At present the fitment factor for the employees is 2.57 per cent while the employees have been demanding for a long time to increase the fitment factor to 3.86 per cent.
In such a situation, it is expected that the Modi government may take an important decision on increasing the fitment factor to 3 times or 3.68 times in view of the upcoming elections. Along with this, new formulas will also be decided to increase their salary. In case of revision in the fitment factor, the basic salary of the employees may increase from 18000 to 21000 or 26000. It will benefit more than 100000 employees. The same fitment factor can be applied till 2026. As of now the official confirmation is yet to be done. An increase of up to ₹ 8000 can be seen in the same basic salary.
