Employees Honorarium Hike: October is going to be very special for the employees. On one hand, dearness allowance of employees will be increased. On the other hand, salaries for teachers and employees are also being increased. Meanwhile, the honorarium of teachers will now increase by 10%. They will get the benefit of increased salary from October.
Benefit of increased honorarium from October!
Jharkhand Academic Council had conducted the examination for para teachers. The result of the first assessment exam has been released. In which the number of successful candidates was 74.67 percent. Teachers will be provided the benefit of increased honorarium from October. Honorarium will be increased for successful teachers from October 1.
Out of 41453 teachers, 30953 para teachers have been successful in the first assessment examination for assistant teachers trained by Jharkhand Academy Council. A decision has been taken to increase the honorarium of the passing para teachers. Unsuccessful para teachers will be given a chance to take three assessment exams.
Honorarium will increase by this muchÂ
There will be an increase of 10% in the honorarium of teachers who pass the examination conducted for teachers. According to the rules, this increase will be released from the date of issue of certificate by JAC after the result. In such a situation, a 10% increase in honorarium is expected with effect from October 1.
The honorarium of teachers from class 1 to 5 can be increased by Rs 1200, while the honorarium of successfully trained teachers from class VI to VIII can be increased by Rs 1400. In such a situation, a big increase in their salary will be recorded. At present, 12 primary school teachers are being given the benefit of honorarium of Rs 16800 while middle school teachers are being given the benefit of Rs 20600.
