Himachal Pradesh Employees news: There is important news for the government employees of Himachal Pradesh. There is going to be a ban on transfers of C and D category employees of the state from November 1, as per the order of the Personnel Department issued earlier, normal transfers will be possible only till October 31.

Transfers will be banned again from November 1. Under this, ministers themselves will not be able to take decisions related to transfer. However, ministers can take permission from Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu for transfers taking place in special circumstances.

Transfers will be possible till 31st October

Actually, recently a notification was issued by the Personnel Department of Himachal Pradesh Government, in which information was given about lifting the ban on transfers of C and D Category Employees. This ban has been lifted for the period from 21st to 31st October. It was told that transfers of employees will take place with the approval of the departmental minister, but terms and conditions will apply in that too. These have to be strictly followed.

There will be a ban on transfers from November

Under the order, an employee who has completed at least two years’ tenure at a station can be transferred on completion of the officer’s normal tenure (three years) or in view of administrative needs.

Heads of departments will also have to keep in mind that not more than three percent of the employees of any one cadre are transferred. Transfer orders will be issued with the approval of the ministers of the concerned department. Now the time period of this order is going to end on 31st October, in such a situation these transfers will be banned again from November.
