In view of the increasing displeasure of the employees before the upcoming elections, the Forest Secretary, Uttarakhand, issued orders to give regularization benefits to these regularized employees in 2002 on the basis of September 1991 or the date of fixation on daily wages.
Employees Pending Arrear Amount: There is good news for the government employees of Uttarakhand. The Pushkar Dhami government of the state has issued orders for increment and payment of arrears. Under this, the employees of Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation, who were regularized in the year 2002, will be given the benefit of service from the year 1991. About 1700 employees of the state will be benefited by this.
Will get the benefit of these allowances from 1991
Giving a gift before Holi, the Uttarakhand government has issued an order for salary hike, gratuity, encashment, dearness allowance and other allowances and payment of arrears for regular employees in the year 2002. Thousands of employees of the state will be benefited by this order. Not only this, the retired employees will also get the benefit of this decision of the government.
In fact, the benefit of regularization is being given to the daily wage workers of the Forest Development Corporation in Uttar Pradesh since 1991, but the scalers, drivers and other Class IV employees posted in the Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation were not getting these benefits, which angered the Forest Development Corporation. The corporation employees’ organization had opened a front against the state government and had been agitating for a long time.
Pending amount will be paid
Tell that the government has already ordered to give fixed travel allowance, house rent allowance to corporation employees, third ACP benefit to scalar cadre as per old service rules and benefit of daily service of two years as per rules. But the matter of giving benefit of regularization since 1991 to the scalar and other class IV employees, who were regularized in 2002, was pending for four years, which has now been approved by the state government.
Resentment was growing among the employees
