Employees-School Holiday: A holiday has been announced in the school-college-government offices of all the states. For this, leave orders were issued by the government. It will be beneficial for the employees including school college students. For these, holidays have been announced on different days in different states.
All schools and colleges will remain closed
In Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, a holiday has been declared by the government on March 30. Holidays have been declared in all departments on the occasion of Ram Navami festival. During this all schools and colleges will remain closed. In the event of March 30 being a holiday, the children are getting the benefit of the holiday.
A holiday has also been declared in Bihar on 30 March. While tableaus will be displayed everywhere, announcements have been made to keep government schools closed on Ram Navami on March 30 in the entire Jharkhand including the capital Ranchi. More than 13 thousand personnel including CRPF, District Force and STF have been deployed.
Bank holiday announced
In Uttar Pradesh, all government schools were kept closed on Ram Navami, while in Madhya Pradesh also government offices and government schools and colleges will remain closed. A holiday has also been declared in the bank. Banks will remain closed in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Telangana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Shimla on the occasion of Ram Navami.
Haryana: All schools will be closed for 2 hours
In Haryana, on the day of Durga Ashtami, all schools in the state will be closed for 2 hours. Its notification has been issued by the Directorate of School Education on Tuesday. In the notification issued, it was said in the instructions to all the District Education Officers, District Elementary Education Officers that on March 29, on the occasion of Durga Ashtami, the timings of the schools have been changed for 1 day. On Wednesday, all the schools of the state will function from 2:10 am to 2:30 pm. The timings of students and teachers coming to school will be same only for 1 day.
Bihar: Holiday on 29 and 30 March
On the other hand, in Bihar’s Purnia, on March 29 and 30, a holiday has been announced for universities and colleges subordinate to the university. Registrar Ghanshyam Rai issued the information on the instructions of the Vice Chancellor of Purnia University, Rajnath Yadav.
Under the issued information, all the teachers, officials, non-teaching staff and students have been informed that on the auspicious occasion of Samrat Ashok Ashtami and Ramnavami, holiday has been announced in the university and all constituent colleges under its area on March 29 and 30.
