In most of the cases, there were delays in getting pension to the EPS pensioners. Even after a month passed, the pension was not coming in the account. Now the pensioners who get the same pension i.e. pensioners will get pension before the end of the month.

Taking note of this problem of pensioners, EPFO has issued a circular. Now such measures have been taken through which pensioners will get pension only after the end of the month except March. Now they will not have to wait long for getting pension.
Pension will be given on the last working day
Pensioners will get pension on the last working day. Earlier, pension used to get stuck on leave and many such complaints were being received by EPFO. Pension for the month of March can be credited on or after 1st April.

Along with this, instructions have also been given that banks should be given this amount a maximum of 2 days before the day the bank transfers money to the pensioners’ account.
