There will be an increase in the salary of the employees again. Orders for this have been issued by the Ministry. Under the issued order, the employees will get a benefit of about Rs 3900 every month.

7th Pay Commission Allowance Hike: The government has once again given a big relief to the employees. In fact, non-gazetted employees were given the benefit of revision of allowances. The ministry has issued an order for this. Under the issued order, now they will be given the benefit of increased allowance.

As per the order issued vide Railway Board’s letter of even number dated 01.10.2019 non-gazetted RPF/RPSF personnel are now at par with Central Para Military Force (CPMF)/Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) personnel i.e. from 01 April 2016 to 31/03/2019 By 2017 Rs. 113.67 will be given per person per day. Wherein from 01 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 Rs 116.59 per person per day and from 01 April 2018 to 31 March 2019 Rs 117.29 per person per day was given.

Under the government order issued in November 2022, it has now been decided to amend the rate of ration money allowance as follows:

The approval of the Ministry of Railways is provided post facto to revise the rate of Ration Money Allowance from Rs. From 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 increased from Rs.117.29 per person per day to Rs. 117.40 per person per day. 118.02 per person per day from 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. Now from 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2022,
Rs 127.69 per person per day has been made.

Other terms and conditions stipulated in para 4 of the Board’s letter of even number dated June 10, 2009 shall remain unchanged. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate, Ministry of Railways.
