      If you also have an inactive account and your data is present in it, then you should backup it quickly. If you do not take backup of your inactive account, your data will be deleted along with this account on 1st December.

      Google/Gmail Account: There is important news for Google users. Google’s new policy is going to be updated from December 1st. Under this, from December 1, such Gmail accounts which have been inactive for two years will be deleted. In other words, if you have not sent or received any mail for two years or have not logged in to your account, then Please understand that your Gmail account will be deleted on 1st December.

      • If you also have an inactive account and your data is present in it, then you should backup it quickly. If you do not take backup of your inactive account, your data will be deleted along with this account on 1st December.
      •  If your account is inactive and you want to activate it before December, use it regularly if you send emails, upload photos or Drive documents, or use any Google services in your Google Account. , then your account will not be closed.
      • You change the password of your account once. If you have logged in to Gmail even once in two years, the account will be considered active and will not be deleted again.
      •  Google and Gmail accounts of school or business world are not included in Google’s new policy. Google owned products like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Calendar and Photos have also been included in this list. Google said that YouTube and Blogger have been kept out of this list.

      By doing this the account will never be deactivated

      • Let us tell you that Google’s updated inactive account policy allows deletion of Gmail accounts after two times, this includes Drive, Meet, Docs as well as YouTube and Photos.
      •  Google recommends you log in to your Gmail account at least once every two years to prevent it from becoming deactivated.
      • It is not necessary to specifically sign in to Gmail, for this any activity on a Google-related service will be enough to keep the status of your account active.
