In the information given by the GST Council on the social networking platform X, it was said that the 52nd meeting of the GST Council will be held on October 7, 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

During this time, many important issues including the GST rate applicable on online gaming companies can be discussed. Earlier the GST Council meeting was held on 2 August. During this time, it was decided to impose GST on casinos, horse racing and online gaming.

It was decided to impose 28 percent GST on these three only. Finance ministers of the states also participated in the GST Council meeting. 28% GST will also be effective on online gaming and casinos from October 1.
