OnePlus is preparing to launch another affordable OnePlus Nord 2 in India today. This smartphone is to be launched in India today at 7.30 pm. The OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone is the successor to the company’s original Nord smartphone. A report is claiming that OnePlus has discontinued the OnePlus Nord in India ahead of the launch of Nord 2 . A BGR India report is claiming that OnePlus’ mid-range smartphone OnePlus Nord can now be bought only till it is in stock.
OnePlus Nord Discontinued
It is being said about the OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone that they can be offered with a major upgrade compared to the original Nord. OnePlus recently introduced the Nord CE 5G smartphone in India, whose highlights are similar to the original Nord but it has been introduced at a lower price. In such a situation, OnePlus has discontinued Nord before the launch of the upcoming Nord 2 smartphone. Nord is out of stock on the official website of OnePlus India. This smartphone will be out of stock on Amazon in the coming few days. Along with this, the report has claimed that this smartphone will not be available for sale in the offline market in the coming days.

OnePlus has introduced the original Nord smartphone in three storage variants – 6GB + 64GB, 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. This smartphone was introduced in India at an initial price of Rs 24,999. In this smartphone, the company has given 6.43-inch Super AMOLED 90Hz display, Snapdragon 765G SoC and 4,300 mAh battery. The company has given 30W fast charging in this phone.
OnePlus Nord 2
OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone also has a 6.43-inch display with a single punch hole cutout for selfie. This smartphone of OnePlus has been introduced with MediaTek Dimension 1200 SoC. About the new OnePlus smartphone, it is being said that it will be given a 4,500 mAh battery which will support 65W fast charging. Along with this, a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup will be given in the phone. If reports are to be believed, the Nord 2 smartphone can be offered in India for a starting price of Rs 30,000.
