Petrol and diesel prices are increasing daily. According to the new prices, now the price of petrol in Delhi has exceeded Rs 100 per liter and diesel has crossed Rs 91 per liter.
There is little hope of getting relief for the people who are suffering from inflation. On Monday, once again an increase in the prices of petrol and diesel was announced. Petrol has become costlier by 80 paise and diesel by 70 paise per liter from today (Tuesday). The new prices have come into effect from 6 am on Tuesday.
Petrol beyond Rs 100
According to the new prices, if we talk about the capital Delhi, then on Tuesday, the price of petrol here became Rs 100.21 per liter. At the same time, the price of diesel became Rs 91.47 per liter. This is the seventh increase in eight days, with this so far the price of petrol has increased by about Rs 4.90.

An increase in the prices of petrol and diesel was announced on Sunday as well, after which the new prices were implemented on Monday morning. The period of increase in the prices of petrol and diesel has started from March 22. So far, oil prices have increased by Rs 4.90.
Ruckus in Parliament on the issue of inflation
The central government had attributed this increase to the war that broke out between Russia-Ukraine. Due to the increase in the prices of crude oil in the international market, the prices of oil are increasing continuously.
The opposition is constantly trying to surround the government on the issue of rising oil prices. In the Rajya Sabha on Monday, the opposition parties led by the Congress surrounded the central
government on the issue of skyrocketing inflation due to rising petrol prices. The opposition claims that today not only the country but the budget of every household is disturbed due to inflation.
