The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is proving to be very effective in realizing the dream of economically weaker sections. If someone is dreaming of making your dream a haven for the first time, you can also avail of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Under the scheme, the government is also providing home loan subsidy to its own home buyers. The Central Government has extended the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) under pm Awas Yojana till March 31, 2021. If you also want to avail home loan subsidy, you can avail this scheme. These conditions are necessary to take subsidies
Those who want to avail the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and are thinking of saving in home loans need to be taken by the government in these areas. If you want to apply for this scheme, your annual income must be between 6 lakh and 18 lakhs. Under this scheme, first-time home buyers get subsidy on home loan interest. The home loan subsidy can be up to a maximum of Rs 2.67 lakh. To get pmay subsidy, it is important to know a few things.


Know how to get subsidy
A credit-linked subsidy of 6.5 per cent is available for loans up to Rs 6 lakh only. Those with an annual income of Rs 12 lakh get a 4 per cent interest subsidy on home loans of Rs 9 lakh. People with an income of Rs 18 lakh per annum get 3 per cent subsidy on loans worth Rs 12 lakh. In all these, the loan tenure is 20 years. In addition to the amount of subsidized loans, the loan has to be paid interest at the current rate.


The categories are determined by income

Economically placed in the Weker Section (EWS) and (LIG) with an annual income of 3 lakh to 6 lakh. Middle Income Group 1 (MIG1) with income of 6 lakh to 12 lakh years and 12 to 18 lakh annual income have been included in Middle Income Group 2 (MIG2). The scheme is receiving a subsidy of Rs 2.67 lakh on loan rs 6 lakh, similarly, 12 lakh annual income-seekers are getting a subsidy of Rs 2.35 lakh on loans up to Rs 9 lakh. Under the scheme, loans up to Rs 12 lakh are being given to 18 lakh annual income-seekers.

To avail Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, you must first log in to the official website of PMAY https://pmaymis.gov.in/. If you fall into the LIG, MIG or EWS categories, click on the other 3 components. Enter the Aadhaar number in the first column here. Enter your name in the base in the second column. Then provide you with a full personal detail on the page that opens, such as name, address, family members. Also click on a box below that says that you verify that this information is correct.
