A statement issued by the ministry said that in these 58 services, Aadhaar authentication for driving license , vehicle registration and vehicle registration transfer and vehicle ownership can be done online. MoRTH in its statement said that the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is undertaking several citizen centric reforms to provide greater convenience in availing transport related services.

MoRTH said that providing such services in a contactless and faceless manner would save significant time of citizens and reduce their office burden.
