Apart from this, within three months, the dues so far have been asked to be paid. The court has ordered the school management to pay six percent interest if the arrears are not paid within three months.

The High Court has given this decision on a petition filed by advocate Ashok Agrawal on behalf of Omita Maggu and other teachers.
