Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday launched the biggest housing scheme-2023 in nearly 50 years of its formation. More than 32 thousand flats have been included in this scheme. On one hand, they can buy flats under e-auction, on the other hand, they will also be able to buy flats through first come first serve scheme.

This plan was approved in the DDA board meeting. All the flats included in the scheme are said to be newly constructed. Under this scheme of DDA, the price of a penthouse will start from Rs 5 crore.

 More than 1100 luxury flats also included

According to DDA, detailed information about this scheme will soon be shared on social media for the people. These DDA flats are in Dwarka, Loknayak Puram and Narela, more than 1100 luxury flats have also been included in them. DDA has included these luxury flats in the scheme for the first time. These flats are Penthouse, Super HIG and HIG of Dwarka Sector-19B. It has been decided to sell these flats through e-auction. A proposed golf course has been developed just in front of these flats.

Flats in Dwarka and Narela

According to Delhi Development Authority, 316 MIG flats in Sector-14 of Dwarka and 647 MIG flats in Loknayakpuram will also be sold through e-auction. Whereas 728 EWS in Dwarka Sector-19B, 316 LIG and 1008 EWS in Dwarka Sector-14, 224 EWS flats in Loknayak Puram and more than 28000 flats of various categories in Narela will be sold on first-come-first-served basis. Under this, people wishing to buy a flat will be able to book their favorite flat immediately by paying a token amount.

Super HIG flat price Rs 2.5 crore

According to DDA, the price of EWS flat has been kept at Rs 11.5 lakh, LIG ​​flat at Rs 23 lakh, MIG flat at around Rs 1 crore, HIG flat at around Rs 1.4 crore and Super HIG flat at Rs 2.5 crore. The price of the penthouse will start from Rs 5 crore. There is no condition of owning any plot/house in Delhi for booking these flats.

Flat rates in other areas of Delhi NCR

On the other hand, if you want to buy a flat without DDA scheme, then you will get it in Rajnagar Extension, NH-24, Noida Extension, Yamuna Expressway and Crossing Republic in Delhi-NCR in a budget of less than Rs 45 lakh. 1 BHK Flat Rate in Rajnagar Extension whose average unit size is 600 to 740 square feet.

You can easily get this for Rs 19 to 30 lakh. You will get a 1 BHK flat of 500 to 712 square feet on HM-24 for around Rs 13.5 to 30 lakh. You can easily get a 1BHK flat in Noida Extension, Yamuna Expressway and Crossing Republic for around Rs 15 to 30 lakh.
