The increase in dearness allowance of employees will be paid in the month of November along with the salary of October.

After the announcement of a 4 percent increase in the DA of central employees, now the Finance Ministry is also announcing an increase in the dearness allowance of other employees. In fact, after issuing orders to increase the IDA of CPSEs 1997 employees by 8.5 percent, now the Finance Department has issued orders to increase the DA of other employees. Dearness allowance of employees of CPSEs 2007 pay scale has been increased to 195.8 percent. Orders in this regard have also been issued by the Finance Department. The DA hike will be implemented from October 1, 2022.

According to the order issued by the Ministry of Finance, an increase of 5 percent has been announced in the dearness allowance of the employees of CPSEs 2007. In fact, in the dearness allowance issued on July 1, 2022, he was being given the benefit of dearness allowance at the rate of 190.8%. Now his dearness allowance has been increased to 195.8. The increase in dearness allowance of employees will be paid in the month of November along with the salary of October.

An increase has also been announced in the DA of CPSE employees of the same 2017 pay scale. The Finance Ministry has issued orders in this regard. According to the order issued by the Ministry of Finance, the DA of the employees has been increased to 34.8 percent. At the same time, it will be implemented from October 1, 2022.

With this increase, the DA of the employees has been increased by 2.3 percent. Earlier, for the quarter on July 1, 2022, the benefit of dearness allowance at the rate of 32.5 percent was being provided to the employees. Now from October 1, they will get the benefit of dearness allowance at the rate of 34.8%.
