There is good news for the employees. Actually his leave has been announced. Orders have also been issued in this regard. According to the issued order, holidays have been announced for the 6h-7th pay commission government employees in the year 2023.
Government orders have been issued in this regard by the Public Miscellaneous Department. Holidays have been announced for 24 days in a year for the employees.
The order issued states that the Government of Tamil Nadu has passed the following order regarding observance of holidays in the State of Tamil Nadu for the year 2023. The holiday declared under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881) is indicated in the notification appended to this order, which shall be published in the Gazette of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
According to the government instructions, all the offices under the control of the Government of Tamil Nadu will remain closed on this day:-
The dates specified in the notification attached to this order (except for annual closure of bank accounts on 01.04.2023) shall remain in force at the office bank.
All Saturdays and Sundays in the year 2023.
The above notified public holidays will also be applicable to all State Government Undertakings/Corporations/Boards etc.
