Eligibility Determination Deadline
May 13, 2022, has been fixed by the Bank as the date for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive dividend on equity shares. In fact, HDFC, the largest private sector bank in the country, has seen a 23 percent jump in net profit on a single basis for the March quarter. That is, the bank has registered an increase of Rs 10,055.20 crore.
It is worth noting that in the beginning of April, the merger of its parent company HDFC Limited has been announced in HDFC Bank. After this announcement, there was continuous selling in the stock price of the bank.
