Railways Has Started Selecting Trains
Let us tell you that people have started making reservations in trains for Holi from now on. The seats of many trains have become full. In such a situation, after installing extra coaches in trains, waiting list passengers are expected to get a lot of relief.
Railways has started identifying such trains, which have long waiting lists. So that before Holi, additional bogies can be installed in these trains. Not only this, the Railways has also decided to run Holi special train during Holi.
Extra Bogies Will be Added on These Routes
According to official sources, additional bogies will be added to trains for a month on the Lucknow-Gorakhpur route to give relief to railway passengers on Holi. Let us inform that the booking of trains to and from Lucknow has started for the dates around March 14. On the other hand, Railways has decided to install an additional AC III-Tier coach in Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Terminus Express from February 2 to March 30. An additional AC III-Tier coach will be fitted in Gorakhpur-Panvel-Gorakhpur Express from February 1 to March 31.
Monitoring Cell Set UP
According to railway officials, a monitoring cell has also been constituted, consisting of officers from the commercial and operational sections. This cell will prepare date wise report of trains. This cell will also give green signal to the formation of additional coaches so that the waiting list of those trains can be shortened.
