What are the conditions for getting refund
Note that you must cancel the connection within 30 days to be eligible to get a full refund from the company. If you cancel after 30 days of service, you will be charged Rs 500 and get a refund of only Rs 1,000. In addition, the refund given to the user is subject to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) recovery.
Along with the connection, Tata Play Fiber will also offer users a free landline connection during the trial period. If you want to continue with Tata Play Fiber then you are eligible for great offers. If you decide to go for the 100 Mbps plan for at least 3 months, you will get a full refund of Rs 1,500.
However, if you opt for the 50 Mbps scheme for 3 months, you will get a refund of only Rs 500, with the rest Rs 1,000 in the security deposit wallet. If a monthly plan is available, then Rs 1,000 will be returned to you after three months of active service, the remaining Rs 500 will remain in the security deposit wallet.
