According to this order, private shops selling liquor in the National Capital Region can give a discount of up to 25 percent on the MRP. During this, Section 20 of the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010 will have to be strictly followed.

Shops licensed to sell liquor in Delhi will have to strictly follow the prescribed terms and conditions and in case of any violation, strict penal action will be taken against them under the Delhi Excise Act.
