PACL Chit Fund Refund: SEBI had extended the last date of document submission for the investors of PACL to 31st August. But on the other hand, the company agents have demanded to file a report against PACL.

PACL Chit Fund Refund: The company investing in Pearls / PACL India Limited is constantly accusing the company of breach of promise. For this, demonstrations were also held against the company at many places across the country. Now the agents of the finance company PACL have given a complaint to the police for registering a case at different places in UP and Uttarakhand.

14 officers have been nominated

In the Tahrir given by the agents to the police in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, 14 officers of chit fund company PACL have been nominated. The offices of Rajasthan, Delhi, Najibabad and Kotdwar have also been mentioned in the Tahrir. He alleged that a scheme to double the money was told to him by the nominated officers.

The company, which was closed on August 22, 2014, the

agents also stated that the officials of the company had informed that PACL Limited is under the Reserve Bank, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Home Affairs. Under this bluff, people deposited crores of rupees in the company. But suddenly on 22 August 2014, it came to know that the company has been closed. Investors have requested the Finance Ministry to get their money back.

On the other hand market regulator SEBI (SEBI) has extended the last date for submission of documents to 31 August. To file a claim, the investors have to submit the original documents to SEBI. The process of submission of documents will start after the SMS is received on the registered number. Some investors had complained that no SMS was received on their number.

Taking cognizance of this, the high level committee of SEBI had given the facility to update the mobile number. Actually, the applications of investors with claim amount of Rs 10001 to Rs 15000 have been verified. After SMS verification, investors have to send the original documents to SEBI Bhawan, Plot No.C4-A, ‘G’ Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai –400051.
