Apart from this, this feature also avoids the availability of tickets and long waiting lists, especially during the festive season. According to Paytm, this feature enhances the convenience of users by recommending alternative train booking options from various nearby boarding stations, thereby significantly increasing the chances of getting a confirmed ticket.
How to book confirmed train ticket on Paytm?
To use Paytm Guaranteed Seat Assistance to book confirmed train tickets, you need to follow some steps. Let us know:
Open Paytm app.
- Search for trains that go to your destination.
- If the selected train ticket is waitlisted, you will see ‘Alternative Station’ option.
- Find ticket options available from nearby alternative stations.
- Select and book tickets from your preferred boarding station to destination.
- Paytm says that for train ticket booking, you do not need to pay any gateway fee. You can pay for this through UPI.
