Rapid X Train Fare and Route:  India’s first rapid rail can be inaugurated next week. Prime Minister Narendra Modi can flag off the train known as RAPIDEX. This will be the first such train on the 17 km priority corridor in Ghaziabad. The special thing in this is that this train will be operated by women pilots, which will happen for the first time in the country. A special initiative is being started towards women regarding Navratri festival.

Conceived during UPA-II

The RRTS corridor, initially conceptualized during UPA-II, aims to reduce travel time between Delhi and major NCR cities, making it easier for people living outside the national capital and commuting for work To make transportation more convenient. Although the fare has been fixed, the exact amount has not been disclosed yet.

At the same time, preparations for the inauguration are in full swing, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are expected to inaugurate between 16 and 18 October. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will reach Ghaziabad on October 12 to monitor the preparations.

Amid preparations for the inauguration, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has also finalized the schedule for RapidX train operations. Let us tell you that the entire 82 km long Delhi-Meerut RAPIDEX network will be operational by 2025.
