After Shajapur and Ujjain, now due to rain, cold wave and bad weather, Ratlam Collector has also declared a two-day holiday in schools. Holiday in Shajapur-Ujjain also today
Earlier, holiday has been declared in all schools in Shajapur and Ujjain districts as well. Shajapur Collector Dinesh Jain has declared Friday, January 27, 2023 as a holiday for students from nursery to class 5th in all government and non-government schools in view of the cold wave. District Education Officer Vivek Dubey has issued an order in this regard on Thursday late evening.
Same in Ujjain also, keeping in view the cold wave, a holiday has been declared today, January 27, for the students of class 1 to 8 studying in all government non-government schools operating under the district and for all Anganwadis. However, classes and examinations of class 9 to 12 will be conducted as usual. Here, the fourth Saturday is falling on 28th, in such a situation many schools in many districts may remain closed. The same 29th will be Sunday, in such a situation, schools will open on Monday, 30th January.
Chances of rain till February
According to the MP Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in 33 districts of the state including Bhopal-Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur on Friday, January 27. On Saturday, January 28, a new Western Disturbance is again becoming active in the state, due to which the rains will continue till the first week of February. There is a possibility of fog and mist till January 30.
