From UIDAI website
You can get the information of the nearest enrollment center through the website of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the Aadhaar card issuing organization. For this, you have to log on to https://uidai.gov.in/. Here you have to click on the option of ‘Locate an Enrolment Center’ under the ‘My Aadhaar’ tab. Here you can get information about this through PIN code and other given options.
