Due to the activity of Western Disturbance, the weather is going to change in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana and Punjab. Light rain can be seen in the capital Delhi. A warning of strong storm has also been issued. El Nino can affect the cold after affecting the monsoon. Apart from this, snowfall will also be seen in the hilly areas of Jammu Kashmir, Leh, Ladakh, Himachal and Uttarakhand.

Till October 21, heavy rains may be seen in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Monsoon has almost departed from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. Apart from this, monsoon has also departed from Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. However, mild impact of western disturbance will be seen in Madhya Pradesh. There may be heavy rain in Gwalior Chambal area. Rain has been predicted for two days.

Pink cold knock

Pink cold is being seen in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal including the capital Delhi. Mild cold is being experienced early in the morning and in the evening. There will be significant changes in the weather after Diwali. At the same time, before Durga Puja, excessive fog has also been predicted in some areas. However, this time after affecting the monsoon, El Nino can once again affect the cold also. Meteorologists have kept a close watch on the moment-to-moment changes in the weather.

Heavy rain expected in some areas

Heavy rain has been predicted in some areas of Orissa including Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Orange yellow alert has been issued for this. A warning of rain with thunder and lightning has also been issued in Karnataka area and interior Karnataka. There is also a possibility of lightning. Talking about Eastern India, changes in weather will also be seen in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura. The rain is going to continue for 4 to 5 days. With the drop in temperature, heavy rain will be seen. An alert has been issued for this also.

Between October 14 and 16, there may be heavy rain in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal and the capital Delhi. Apart from this, significant changes in the weather have also been predicted in Punjab and Haryana. Rainfall ranging from 64 mm to 115 mm has been predicted in Jammu and Kashmir. A fresh Western Disturbance is currently appearing as a line on the westerly winds over central North India. A cyclonic circulation is being formed over Pakistan during the last 24 hours. In which its role will be important.

In such a situation, heavy rain and lightning has been predicted in Jammu and Kashmir till Monday. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on Sunday and Monday. There may be light rain in the capital including Kashmir, Gilgit and some areas of Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The air quality is also expected to improve.
