Let us inform that IMD Alert has declared a red alert of heavy rain in these states, which include Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat of Uttarakhand. In the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of heavy rain in East and Central Uttar Pradesh, apart from some North Kokan of Madhya Pradesh and South Gujarat including Goa. Apart from this, an alert of moderate to heavy rain has been issued in some parts of West Bengal, Bihar, right Jharkhand to Assam Meghalaya Uttarakhand Rajasthan. Yellow orange alerts have been declared for this.

At the same time, even after half the month of September, the return of early monsoon can be seen. The Meteorological Department has again issued a warning of heavy rain in many states. A red alert has been declared for heavy rains in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand till September 17. Apart from this, there is a possibility of lightning and heavy rain in the eastern states as well.

However, South Peninsular India will see less rain activity due to changing weather patterns. At the same time, an orange alert of rain was declared in Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai Palghar.

Moderate rain in New Delhi

The activity of the weather system being formed in Uttar Pradesh will be seen in New Delhi. Light to moderate rain can be recorded in New Delhi today. Heavy rain has also been predicted in many districts of Gujarat. The minimum temperature in New Delhi is expected to be 23 degrees Celsius to the maximum temperature of 31 degrees Celsius. At the same time, a drop of three to four percent in the temperature will be recorded.

Red Orange Alert of heavy rain in UP

The effect of changing weather system will be seen in Uttar Pradesh. In fact, a heavy rain alert was issued in 55 cities of Uttar Pradesh till September 17. Due to incessant rain for the last 24 hours, normal life has been disturbed. Traffic has been disrupted at many places due to the flow of water on the roads. Due to heavy rains, a drop of six to seven per cent has been recorded in the temperature. The weather is cool due to the cold wind blowing. So far 10 people have died in Lucknow due to wall collapse due to incessant rains.

Heavy rain alert in Bihar Jharkhand

The Meteorological Department has also issued a warning of heavy rain in Bihar, Jharkhand. In Bihar, there is a possibility of intensification of rain for the next 5 days. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the state is seeing good rains since Thursday. There is a possibility of rain intensifying on Friday. The weather becomes favorable in Uttara Nakshatra, for the next 4 days, the rain will continue in Bihar, Jharkhand.

According to the Meteorological Department, a low pressure area has formed in the central region. It is expected to increase from Bihar side till Friday. After which the state will see more rain. Simultaneously, the monsoon line is passing through Bihar. Due to which rain is being seen in many areas. The capital has recorded 6 mm of rain on Thursday. Apart from this, 96 mm of rain has been recorded in 24 hours. Most of the rains are being seen in Purnia.

Heavy rain alert has been issued in 14 districts of Bihar today. In which apart from Purnia, good rain has been recorded in Supaul Araria Nawada Rajgir Bihar Sharif Nalanda Islampur Siwan Patna. Apart from this, heavy rain alert has also been issued in North West region, North Central Bihar, North East Bihar and South West Bihar. For this, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in these areas from 16 to 18 September.

Heavy rain alert was issued in many districts of Jharkhand today. At the same time, people will get relief from the continuous rain in some districts. The weather will remain pleasant due to sunshine. However, the effect of monsoon region and low pressure will be seen in Jharkhand. The Meteorological Department has quoted the Ranchi Meteorological Center as saying that a rain alert has been issued in the middle of Jharkhand with the possibility of lightning at different places. Along with this, a drop of two to three percent will be seen in the temperature. According to Meteorologists, Ranchi, Jamshedpur and other parts of North Jharkhand including Central will see partly cloudy sky with moderate rain.

However, an Upper Cyclonic Circulation may become active on 18 September. Due to the active cyclonic circulation over Odisha and West Bengal state, once again there is a possibility of increasing rain activity in Jharkhand.

Light rain in Bengal Odisha

The Meteorological Department expressed the possibility of light showers in Bengal Orissa. However, from September 18, once again there will be a change in the weather. A low pressure area is forming over Bengal and Orissa. Due to which there is a possibility of improving the rain activity once again. At the same time, the process of showers will continue in these areas till September 20.

  • A Western Disturbance moves as a trough in mid-tropospheric westerly winds north of latitude 27°N approximately 75°E. Which is passing through the Arabian Sea, Mumbai, Maharashtra, Goa, Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Eastern states of UP, Uttarakhand, Himachal, Central region, reaching Rajasthan Gujarat.
  • In addition, a Low Pressure Area lies over central parts of Uttar Pradesh and its neighbourhood.
  • Due to its possible interaction with the Mid-Latitude Westerly Trough, the system is expected to gradually move northeastwards towards East Uttar Pradesh during the next 24 hours.
  • Under the influence of these systems, heavy to very heavy rainfall, thunder and lightning are very likely to occur over Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh for the next two days. There is also a possibility of extremely heavy rain with heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places over 18 states on September 17.
  • Isolated heavy rain forecast over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Gujarat region for next 24 hours; An orange alert has been issued for rain in Maharashtra and Konkan-Goa for the next 48 hours and in Odisha on September 18 and 19.
  • Also on 18th September a Decision Pressure Area is forming on the track of Orissa West Bengal. It is expected to convert to low pressure. If the low pressure area turns into low pressure, then once again a rain alert will be declared in these areas.

Red alert of heavy rain in eastern states

From the Arabian Sea through the Bay of Bengal, passing through the eastern state, a line is reaching like a central region. Due to which a heavy rain alert has been issued in the state. Along with this, heavy rain alert has been issued in Maharashtra, Mumbai, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan etc. Along with this, a red alert was issued for heavy rain in the eastern regions. Heavy rain and thundershowers have been predicted in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh. People have been advised to be alert due to this rain which will last for 3 days. At the same time, people have been warned against landslides etc.

Heavy rain in MP-CG

The eastern region of Madhya Pradesh will see heavy rains. Heavy rain disrupted normal life in Gwalior today. In view of heavy rains, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert in Gwalior Chambal zone. Along with this, people have been advised to be cautious.

Apart from this, heavy rain alert has been declared in many districts of Chhattisgarh. People have been warned to be careful. A drop of three to four percent will be recorded in the temperature in Chhattisgarh. At the same time, an alert of heavy rain has been declared in 12 districts.

Heavy rain in Uttarakhand Himachal

Due to the change in the weather system, a Yellow Orange Alert has been declared for heavy rains in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has recorded heavy rain in the Udaipur Kota division during the last 24 hours. At the same time, a yellow alert of rain has been declared in 8 districts of Rajasthan.

Orange alert for heavy rain in Maharashtra Goa

Heavy rain warning has been issued in Maharashtra Mumbai Goa Pune today. A yellow alert has been declared for this. A warning has been issued for heavy rains in many other districts of Maharashtra including Mumbai and Palghar. Due to the changing nature of the weather system, these areas are seeing rain. While issuing a warning, the Meteorological Department has advised people to be careful in these areas for the next 48 hours.

Relief from rain in Kerala Karnataka

People in the southern region will get relief from rain. In fact, there will be a stop to the rain activities in Tamil Nadu including Kerala, Karnataka. After September 22, once again heavy rains can be seen in these areas. Earlier, the Meteorological Department has predicted an increase of one to two percent in the temperature.
